No. Packs are one-time purchases. Forge Access is a subscription that gives your server access to selected eligible assets while the subscription is active.

Do I get ZIP downloads with Forge Access?

No, not by default. Forge Access is delivered through Cfx.re / FiveM Keymaster and gives account-linked access to eligible FiveM assets. ZIP downloads are only included when explicitly stated.
