Authentication (Discord OAuth2)
To ensure the provision of our digital services, we use Discord's authentication services for the login process. Only strictly necessary master data (your unique Discord ID, username, and profile picture) is collected. This measure serves exclusively for user identification and the provision of the personalized user interface.
Service Provision (CFX ID)
For the proper delivery and technical verification of acquired digital goods (in-game assets), the provision of the so-called CFX ID is mandatory. Without this linkage, the fulfillment of the contract on our part is excluded for technical reasons.
02. Payment Processing & Third Parties
We do not collect, process, or store sensitive financial data (such as credit card or account information) at any time. The complete contractual and financial execution of all transactions is carried out entirely via our authorized partner, Tebex Limited. Tebex acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) and serves as your direct contracting partner regarding payment processing.

The operation of this platform is carried out without the use of cookies as far as possible. We solely employ a cryptographically secured, strictly necessary session cookie ("forge_session") that ensures the maintenance of your authentication status during your visit. We categorically refrain from utilizing analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.
04. Hosting & Server Infrastructure
The provision of the website utilizes Vercel's infrastructure, while data storage is delegated to Supabase services. The exchange of all information between your device and our servers occurs exclusively via cryptographically secured connections (SSL/TLS) to ensure the highest possible protection against unauthorized access.
05. Retention & Data Subject Rights
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of its purpose or due to statutory provisions. You are entitled at any time to request information regarding your stored personal data, as well as its rectification, blocking, or complete erasure. Corresponding requests may be submitted via our official support channel (Discord) at any time.
